Is it okay to cry?

Lately I've found myself crying a lot recently. I've just been so stressed out, filled with anxiety and depression that crying seems to be the only way. I hate crying since I wear contacts & it's bad for them... but I just can't seem to stop crying.
I just cry at little things too, like how the boy I like doesn't talk to me and ignores me, and how I flunked that biology test and that the person who's going to grade it is going to think i'm an idiot... I know that they're just little things, but to my mind they seem like huge catastrophes that need to be cried over.
I cry easily at sad parts in cine too and my "ex-friends" have told me I'm too sensitive and overly-emotional. I guess that's the reason why I don't have friends, either, is because I'm too emotional.
I'm only 14.5 (I turn 15 on the 11th of March) & I've been a real emotional wreck lately. How do I stop? And how do I make new friends?

I have been going through the same problems too. tu may have emotional bipolar issues. tu may take things to seriously and expect things to be perfect. To control it,try to hold your emotions and think why your doing it to stop controlling. Also tu have low-self confidence. tu need to believe in yourself and stand up for yourself. Don't take so much things to put tu down. tu have to push yourself and try. Even if someone says negative about tu that's untrue. If tu think tu can't do this, try to go to a psychologist o therapist. They can help your problems. o take a free online bipolar test and it'll help identify what problems tu have. I'll find a website that helps your disorders. it's without medication.

I'm the same age as you, and I have the same thing. I cry basically every time I watch a televisión mostrar o a movie o read a book... and it ends. I've been trying to deal with this for a while, but I hadn't realized before why I was crying. Turns out, the last año of my life was absolute rubbish, not cause it sucked and every terrible thing that could possibly have happened to me... happened... NO! It was because I thought of it like it was rubbish. So, what I've been doing is doing things I enjoy más often(listening to music, watch TV, talk to pets... lol I'm pathetic I HAVE NO LIFE... working on that part too) which helps be stressed out. Story time! My sister gets stressed out. A lot. Which means I get yelled at a lot because apparently I drain her energy. So, I've been trying to laugh más when I'm around her, give her más time to herself(which means I have to entertain mom and dad...). I've noticed her mood improving. She doesn't notice it, but maybe tu could try it. Less stress, get work done early so tu can do something enjoyable, and maybe that'll help with crying.

Uh... I just wrote quite a bit and didn't really say much in it. Sorry :( As for making friends... this sounds easy but it's rather difficult for most introverts. Start conversations. Introduce yourself. Try to find out if tu have anything in common... with anyone, and then get in their circulo, círculo of friends, and hopefully tu might get to be close friends with some people there. I might just be blabbering on and stating the obvious, but TAKE MY... ADVICE

OH! I meant to put this in the first part: try to figure out if there's a trigger to it and if tu can either deal with that trigger o avoid it.

Believe me, I've been through the exact same thing. At almost the same age too. It's been awhile since the last time I've cried, but the familiarity of this situation is uncanny. Don't be so hard on yourself, because it will only stress tu out more. The person I like hasn't spoken to me in over a mes and we were best friends literally right before shit hit the fan.

I am not sure exactly how I managed to get through it but I did. Everything just fanned out and made sense all of a sudden, and I was so relieved. Try to look at everything tu have. Think about everything that is good in your life. Think about the people that tu KNOW amor you, and the people who tu KNOW care about you. Think about any compliments you've been given. Think about it. Think about how lucky tu are to have someone in your life that cares about you. I'm certain it will improve your mood. Not only that, but for the first time in awhile, it will make tu happy. Genuinely happy.

I'm certain that this can help you. I will also be here to talk if tu need me to. Just message me :)

No matter what the situation is, if tu feel like crying, then cry. It is absolutely okay to cry. And how do tu make friends? Well I guess tu could start off complimenting someone like "hey I like your shirt" and then say something about it. And then tu and that person will just keep talking. But I don't know though, I'm not that good at making friend myself. I would just say a good quote "a smile is the best accessary tu can wear"
