But tu say the guy tu work with likes YOU. Do this mean tu like HIM, back, o just that he's told tu he likes tu and now tu feel pressurised to do something about it?

To be honest i think things should stay the way they are. You're obviously happy with the guy you're dating so why hurt him just so tu can try it on with this new guy? Just because he likes tu doesn't make it your problem. He'll have to suck it up and continue with his life like you'll continue yours, and yes it will be difficult to work together for a little while, tu will get embarrassed about seeing each other across the calle and not know what to say to each other, but don't tu think tu owe it to your boyfriend to stay as honest as possible to him?
tu shouldn't have to choose. tu should know who would be better for you.
