Is this spot just for the 2007 film?

I just watched the '50s film "3:10 to Yuma," and it is AWESOME and I amor it, which is highly unusual for me as I hate Westerns.
So anyway, I was wondering if this club were just for the remake, o for the original as well? 'Cause I haven't seen the remake, nor do I intend to (I only watched the original because I loves me some Glenn Ford).
