It's on standard, though sometimes at night I lower it so the brightness doesn't bother my bro too much

It changes depending on time and specific device.
My laptop is usually on the highest brightness setting unless it's night time. My phone, however, is usually on the lowest setting.

Laptop, anyway. Phone it changes depending on where I am and what time it is, though it's usually on low/medium.
