Destiny brings tu to people and situations. It is your character that decides what tu make of it.
I like that idea because whether we believe in fate o not, whether it’s real o not, we’re left with the end result being in our own hands. In that case we’ll work to accomplish our goals and either it will pay off, (if we control our fate), o we’ll be doing good behaviours that improve ourselves and hopefully the world around us, even if we didn’t need to.
There’s no downside to trying to be our best self.
