When he isn't with Regina I don't like him as much as when he is but I don't think he's ever creepy:)

I don't think so, I haven't had solid proof, however (based upon Regina's prior luck) I wouldn't be surprised if he's working with Zelena. Like it's entirely possible that she's got Roland captive in some way, and like Aurora he just want to protect his kid. But so far, he's just been a nice guy.

Well we saw Robin and Roland playing together a few episodes ago, so if she has him, it must have been just recently that she kidnapped him. There are always twists in this show so it's possible.
