Ok, A week ago, we got a 5.7 earthquake. I could feel the house shaking and it woke me and my cat up. I have never been so scared in my life. We hardly get earthquakes in Utah and I've never felt a strong one before. Rest assured my house is still standing, nothing broke only one decoration fell off the mantle.
