how do tu subir a icon?

I'm talking about Youtube!!! go to account from the lista ,then you'll find overview page
It contains On your Icon
under the icono
there is a small word called change ,press on it,then upload!!!!

Just editar it and click on the pic u have then get a pic that u want to have
