Background: As a jong boy Eztli geot lost in the jungel, wher he found a shrin to the blood god, and the place seemd to scare away the animals, thad would have otherwise killed him, he saw this a a shing, and advantly built ovr the years the Brotherhood of Blood, por cinverting travelers and sending pepol to spread the word to the citys.
afther years when the brotherhood had growne, he travelt to america, together whit a big amound of his folowers, to hust heroes beceas he believes therre blood will please his god.

día unlike her brother is not a meta. She works with blades and hand to hand combat. She often uses her mouth to get what she wants and feeds lies to the enemy. She can set traps and is a great pickpocket.
Weakness-
She's to loud. To arrogant, She likes being flash and competitive about her surroundings. She is also a little sister which means she pushed her brother to the limit. Since he is a meta she sometimes feels that she has to beat him at stuff.
History-
Her father ran off shortly after she was born. Her mother committed suicide when she was 8. She doesn't remember her mother much because the woman was not a constant in her young life. She mostly remembers Caleb raising her.

Personality: he is very very smart and often thinks things through the logical way before actually doing it. He was often the one to speak his mind and opinion and prove that he was always right with his theories.
Powers/Abilities: he was truly someone with a brilliant mind, could hack systems, and develop inventions of his own that his team used. He had great combat skills with spears. His brain is his power.
Past: he was killed in a break out with his team.
Others: The teleport smoke bombs BloodMist uses were his invention and he taught him how to make them. Most of the adjustments in Mistys suit were Logan's invention (ex. the suction on his hands a feet so he can run on the sides of buildings, the wrist grappling hooks)

batman and Robin come to Dakota to hunt down the Joker. Naturally, Static makes every mistake possible. :D. I believe this has all happened to one of us at one point o another. (Without the masks and capes.)
batman plays a big part in Static Shock. For a first introduction, not bad.
