Summary: Virgil gets accepted into the Vanmoor Institute only to find out he is being used as a tool to capture Static por geniuses Mr. Specs and Mr. Trapper, both of whom work for Edwin Alva. However, Virgil gets a new friend and ally in his fellow student margarita Watkins.

Okay. Wow. I can even remember how many important characters and recurring characters are brought in today. Of course, this may seem familiar if tu read the New 52 Static Shock series where Virgil joins estrella Labs. Sorta similar, but still different. Enjoy and have a great day!!!

Were tu expecting a fanfic o something? Sorry. Not this time, o any other time.

If tu haven't figured it out por now, I'll tell you. I'm sorry to say this, but I'm leaving this club and all of fanpop. I need to focus on school, and as much as I hate to say it, this club is too distracting. tu are all wonderful, creative, and completely insane. It's amazing to see how a single, amazing mostrar brought together this club and its members. I totally felt 'whelmed when I saw just how creative and talented everyone was. I hope everyone continues to get along because I hate to see everyone be angry...
