It disgusts me how rape is seen as an acceptable way of creating a love story in some animanga, particularly in yaoi. I have read so many manga where the characters are forced on to but end up falling in love with the person that did it to them or even where they’re in the relationship but the character is clearly saying no. The biggest mainstream example is Junjou Romantica. Misaki was forced on by Usami but no one ever seems to remember this fact. It’s not a subject that should be taken so lightly and definetely not idolized in such a way.
