I just watched this movie and decided to write a review, obviously. Here it is. I will only be mentioning things that stuck out to me. If it isn't mentioned, it wasn't worth mentioning to me.
Characters :
Viola - She is a girl with a helluva lot of spunk and ambition. It's quite refreshing to see and a nice change from the usual romantic comedies who only portray the women as frilly, amor struck dummies. Her rebellious attitude was a bit cliche, but it seemed to fit with the en general, general nature of the movie well.
Duke - He's still got many of those dumb teenage boy stereotypes, but the way they included the sensitivity within the character was nice to see, even if it isn't true from my reciente experience in high school. His dedication not just to football, but Olivia was interesting to watch.
Sebastian - Karma has had no bigger effect than on this poor kid. He rebels to go to Londres with is band and fate pays him back with...everything his sister did. His face when put on the soccer field says it all and it was priceless.
Olivia - I honestly did not like this character because I just found her so annoying, but I feel like she had a couple of good points as well. She was innocent in the whole mess, but I still can't myself liking her.
Monique - Probably the only character in the movie meant to be disliked other than Malcom who I can't stand, but in a good way. She's one of those characters tu hope will turn around with her attitude, but tu know that will never happen.
Malcom - Oh my God, has no one ever been in this kid's room? It was a stalker's playground. I see a pedophile in the future! Poor Olivia. I feel so bad for the siguiente person he stalks like that. Oh, did he ever get his tarántula back? Mavolio deserves better anyway.
Justin - He did nothing for me as a character. I neither disliked nor liked him. I'm pretty sure I was meant to dislike him, but I found myself asking WTF too much to think about it.
Paul - Paul is awesome. 'Nuff said.
Toby and Eunice - I put them together since that's how I see them when thinking of the characters in the movie. Individually, I think I like Toby más than Eunice for obvious creeper reasons, but together I amor them. They're amazing and I think a balance was achieved.
Dinklage - I ADORE THIS CHARACTER! He is the coach I wish I'd had all the years I played sports. He kicks players in the butt to get them going, but is willing to adjust with the musts of them, understanding that they're only human. The fact that he moved Viola/Sebastian up to first string when he saw her dedication says it all.
Actors/Actresses :
Amanda Bynes - Oh Amanda, why did tu go crazy? She was so perfect in her role as Viola. She facial expressions were perfect, her voices unique and memorable, and her attitude fit.
Channing Tatum - Honestly, I'm not sure if he did well o not, but I found myself confused at times as to what he was feeling. For a sensitive guy, he wasn't very easy to read. Despite that, I think he did fine and I liked the character.
Laura Ramsey - Even though I didn't like the character she portrayed, I think that was mostly based on the character itself and not the person portraying the character. I believe Laura did a great job playing the innocent Olivia.
Vinnie Jones - I don't think anyone could have played Dinklage better. Vinnie Jones was spot on perfect and his portrayal honestly made me like the character even more.
Robert Hoffman - I believe his portrayal of Justin is what ruined the character. (Remember now, this is MY opinion) Like I stated above, I didn't know what to feel with this character, though I'm fairly certain I was supposed to dislike the character. His actuación was so flat in this movie I couldn't help but cringe when I watched it.
Alex Breckenridge - She was excellent as the unlikable spoiled brat (I'm using polite language today). Her angry squeals and hand movements added a lot más to an already unlikable personality.
Jonathan Sadowski - He was awesome. 'Nuff said.
James Kirk - I just wanted to say about him, I loved his 'what is going on' facial expressions. They added a lot to the character and, if anything, made him más likable.
Plot / Story :
I feel like the romantic comedy atmosphere of it was sort of overused, but the story itself was a bit unique and likable. I mean, where else will Duke want Olivia who wants Sebastian who is really Viola whose brother is dating Monique so she hates Olivia who is dating Duke to make Sebastian jealous who is really Viola getting jealous because she wants Duke who thinks she's a guy (gotta amor movie trailers).
Music :
All of the songs used in this movie I believe to fit really well with the movie. A few can be found in other cine in similar scenes, but that's alright. I'm assuming that's why they use them in the first place. It fits.
Dialogue :
The dialogue had some VERY cliche moments, but some of the lines were also rather witty and catchy. The times when Viola forgot she was supposed to be a boy and had to backtrack por repeating synonyms were funny at first, but it seemed to get a bit old as the movie progressed. The dialogue also seemed to stay in character which is always important and en general, general I think they did a great job with the words.
Overall :
This movie made me laugh más times than I care to confess, causing me to have to rewind for having missed the other parts of the movie. I couldn't hit pause fast enough. It was a nice movie to watch and I'm sure I will come back to it eventually, but maybe not right away. If I had to give it a score, I would give it a 7/10.

The Center for Disease Control has issued a warning about a new virulent strain of this old disease. The disease is called Gonorrhea Lectim. It's pronounced "Gonna re-elect 'em," and it is a terrible obamanation.
The disease is contracted through dangerous and high risk behavior involving putting your cranium up your rectum. Many victims contracted it in 2008...but now most people, after having been infected for the past 1-2 years, are starting to realize how destructive this sickness is.
It's sad because Gonorrhea Lectim is easily cured with a new drug just coming on the market called Votemout. tu take the first dose in 2010 and the segundo dose in 2012 and simply don't engage in such behavior again; otherwise, it could become permanent and eventually wipe out all life as we know it.
Several states are already on parte superior, arriba of this, like Virginia and New Jersey, and apparently now Massachusetts, with many más seeing the escritura on the wall.
