"This is beautiful!" Aiko breathed. Elaine beamed and laughed, "I knew you'd amor it!" Elaine had called Aiko's apartment at five in the morning, telling her (well, más like yelling at her) to come to a spot in the park. In that spot was a bench facing a brilliant, crystal-clear waterfall that flowed around the bench like a sparkling moat. An authentic wooden bridge with white and blue rosas woven in the railings connected the park with the solitary bench.
"We're going to meet your brother in such a beautiful place?" Aiko gaped.
"Yeah!" Elaine exclaimed, flopping down on the bench and grinning at her. "And it's in the open, so since tu don't trust us..."
"You picked the most visible spot," Aiko finished for her, smiling. "Thanks Elaine."
"Is that him?" Elaine gasped. Aiko wasn't listening; she was staring at the beachfront.
Toyo took me there once, in his car... she thought bitterly. That was also the día he kissed me.
Aiko blinked in amazement when she noticed somebody walk onto the same spot she was watching. It looked remarkably like Toyo, but with a long trench coat, a hat and a pair of black sunshades. Aiko opened her mouth to call out, "Toyo..." but she remembered the promise she had made to him earlier: Toyo did not exist in her world anymore, along with X Academy and the other vampires. Aiko forced herself to look away, ignoring Elaine's yells of, "Blaine!" and staring firmly at her lap, forcing herself not to cry.
"Miss, are tu alright?" dicho a gentle and somewhat amused voice from behind her. The voice sounded familiar to Aiko. She turned around. At first she thought she was looking at Elaine with shorter hair, but then she realized...
Blaine and Elaine were twins. They both had the same thin, gentle face, the same beautiful brown eyes, the same spiky black hair, although Blaine's fell just below his ears.
"Yes, I'm fine," she smiled, shaking his hand. It felt smooth and cool, like Toyo's, and somehow sent a static shock up her arm.
"My name is Aiko Johnson," she introduced herself. Blaine bent down and lightly brushed his lips over the parte superior, arriba of Aiko's hand.
"It's a pleasure," he dicho airily. "I'm Blaine Matthews."
"Aiko thinks you're a spy from the Vampire Society," Elaine giggled.
"Elaine!" Aiko whined. Blaine just widened his smile and laughed, "It's smart to be wary. But I'm against the Society now."
"What made tu switch sides?" Aiko asked curiously. Blaine actually hesitated before replying.
"You, I suppose," he dicho quietly. Aiko blinked up at him.
"Eh?" she dicho incredulously. "Me?"
"Yes you. I don't think it's fair that the Vampire Society is deciding to randomly target a human girl out of the blue. I didn't really like their decision-making beforehand, but now they've taken it too far."
"But... it's not out of the blue!" Aiko protested. "I have the power to cure half-vampires and turn them into humans o true vampires! It's no wonder why the Vampire Society wants my power!"
"Either way, you're still an innocent girl," Blaine dicho firmly. "They have no reason to do what they're doing." Elaine smiled and automatically knew that Blaine and Aiko would definitely become good friends.

Aiko was invited to hang out with Blaine and Elaine at Blaine's house. When Aiko arrived she knew they had under-exaggerated. Blaine's so called 'house' was más like a mansion in the inside. It had black painted walls, red carpets, real oak tables -- each adorned with a vase of either black o red rosas -- and black velvet couches. A solid oak grand paino sat in the corner. Blaine appeared behind a corner.
"Oh, you're here!" he dicho happily.
"Your house is beautiful!" Aiko gasped, gaping around. Blaine laughed embarrassedly and said, "Excuse the decor, but I like black and red."
"No, you're decor is gorgeous," Aiko smiled. "I prefer black and red also."
"Really?" Blaine asked amazedly. Aiko nodded and then glanced at the piano.
"You play?" she dicho curiously.
"Yes," he admitted.
"Show me!" Aiko laughed, pulling him toward the paino as if they had been friends for life instead of friends for a day. Blaine sat down and played. Aiko was shocked as beautiful música reverberated against the black walls, somehow lightening Aiko's spirits.
"Beethoven's nineth symphony?" she dicho happily.
"Yes," Blaine said, smiling at her as he continued to play. "It's supposed to be a duet, but Elaine can't play the--" He stopped his sentence short when Aiko plunked down siguiente to him and began playing the segundo part. He almost missed a note when their fingers brushed.
"You play beautifully," he exclaimed.
"So do you," Aiko smiled.
"Hey, what are tu guys doing?" dicho Elaine, popping her head from around the cocina corner.
"Playing," Blaine said. Aiko sudenly saw Blaine rip his hands away from the keys. She turned around in alarm.
Blaine's eyes were glowing red like burning coals. He clutched his throat and began coughing uncontrollably.
"Blaine is a half-vampire?" Aiko cried out. "Elaine, it's your brother who bit you?" Elaine nodded, eyeing her brother worriedly. Blaine was immediately hit with a blast of Aiko's scent when she turned her head. He lunged at her, kicking back the chair and pinning Aiko to the ground. Without warning Blaine's fangs pierced Aiko's neck. The familiar blazing pain shot up from the bite on Aiko's wrist and ripped through her body like fire. But somehow the pain was different; it was duller than the pain Toyo's fangs gave her and Blaine seemed to be trying extremely hard to be gentle.
"Stop!" he gasped out, pushing himself away.
"He's not finished," Aiko gasped. "His eyes are still red." She grabbed Blaine's shoulders and pulled him closer towards the blood pouring out of the open wound on her neck.
"No... not from you..." he choked.
"Shut up and drink," Aiko ordered. Blaine gave himself in to the blood-deprived beast inside of him. He grabbed both of Aiko's wrists and pinned her to the muro again, running his tongue down her neck. Aiko flinched when her old wound on her wrist twinged a little.
"Aiko..." Elaine whispered.
"You don't have to make him replenish off of tu anymore, Elaine," Aiko dicho quietly, as Blaine continued to suck her blood.
"But... I've been doing it since I was a baby!"
"Don't worry, I'm used to it," Aiko mumbled.
"AIKO!" screeched Blaine's voice just as she collapsed.

I could hear the noise droning softly in the nearby forest. A gurgling muffled cry that was slowly receding, becoming fainter. Usually I would ignore such sounds, but the desperate plea imbedded in the cries was enough to make me turn and listen, like some creature was calling me. Weird when I put it like that but that’s exactly what went through my mind when the first cry sounded, a blistering screeching scream.
I stumbled through the over growth, frantically trying to find the fuente of the sound before it faded with the gentle whisper of the wind. The forest around me was darkening quickly,...

Have tu been pining for a mostrar in which beautiful, young sisters perra about each other and look for ways to cuchillo each other in the back? If tu answered yes to either question, then the sisters is for you.

Whoever wishes to keep a secret must hide the fact that he possesses one.

I sat there quietly listening to the sobs of an unfamiliar voice. “You can’t do that!” The woman’s voice screeched, and then there was a slight chuckle, almost as if the sobbing was amusing to the person. “Oh yes I can, and I just have” The voice who I now knew was young man’s voice. I looked back down...

“Are tu crazy telling her our true forms, what the hell man?” Shouted Opal. “Don’t worry, I’ll never tell anyone, I’m a Rokurokubi, which is also a type of demon, we demons should stick together” dicho Mia. “Rokurokubi? I think I’ve heard of that type of creature, tu come under the category of nocturnal, right” dicho Opal trying to calm down. “I’m so glad you’ve heard of my race, that makes me so happy” dicho Mia trying to hug Opal. “Opal has a vast knowledge of creatures from the other world” dicho Alec. “Then tu should do great in ‘Monster Protection Class’...

"Your girlfriend called. She wanted to talk to you," Jason said.

I pushed past him and grabbed the phone. I punched in the correct numbers and Serena picked up on the first ring. She sounded as if she'd been crying.

"Are tu alone?" she asked.
"Yes," I glanced at Jason's retreating form. He was going to baloncesto practice.
"It's important," she said, hesitantly.
"You can tell me," I said, patiently.
"God, I'm scared," she whispered.
"Of what?"

Suddenly, she screamed into the phone.

"What's wrong?" I asked.
"It's moving," she whispered again, sounding panicked.
"What is, Serena?" I probably...

I sat there staring out into the cold city, one of the quirks with flying is tu can go anywhere. I sighed and lay down; the floor was cold at the Empire state. “Why would I try to kiss her?” I asked myself. I shook my head. “You’re an idiot Hayden” I told myself. She didn’t have feelings for me after 3 days what the hell was I thinking? I asked myself again. Did I even have feeling for her? I mean I’m an ángel I can’t do the things that most human boys can do. I sighed and got up; the sun was starting to come up, not that anyone in the underworld slept. I looked...

I sighed. “What cases do we have?” I asked Caleb looked down at his computer. “A girl says that her boyfriend was on a hiking trip and he hasn’t called o communicated with her since last week” he said. I rolled my eyes. “Do tu think there’s anything to worry about?” I asked them, they all shrugged but Caleb nodded. “Even if there isn’t we have to help her anyway”...

This is written about the perfect silence only found in the dead of night, and the feelings it inspires.
The título comes from the descripción a friend of mine gave when we were stuck in the middle of nowhere at midnight and I found it sort of beautiful.
Enjoy (I hope) :)

Weighted air and winking stars,
darkness draped, tension wrought.
This night, this hour, is ours.
Silence chimes unspoken thoughts
that choke my mouth.
Silver moonbeams in glittering outline
surround you, and in our youth
this night, this hour, we intertwine.

I'd amor to hear what tu like o hate.
Thanks for reading.

I looked at Chantal in a slight mixed feeling of confusion and fear. My confusion was towards everything that just happened about five minutos hace and the fear was also towards the fact that there is now emerald-green fuego currently emerging throughout my entire body. I then asked Chantal for clarification. "What's going on here?" Chantal stood up, reached into a satchel, which I didn't notice she had with her until now, took out a spray bottle and sprayed the both of us with it. "Whoa! What are tu doing?" Chantal smiled at me and then responded to my question. "I sprayed both of us with...

Disclaimer: *I am on Season 3 Episode 16 and I have not read the books*

I'm going to hope you've read my other articulo "How I Feel About Stefan, Elena and Damon" so that I can skip the detailed introduction. I have become so aggravated por the messy amor 'V' going on between the three main characters on The Vampire Diaries. So much so I've decided to write (vent) about it. Obviously the best thing to happen would be the three of them getting over each other and moving on with their lives but we all know that's not going to happen. For argument's sake, I'm going to discuss who I think should be...

This is my opinion. It is not meant to offend, o disrespect anyone.

I'm still in my twenties, yet I am tired. I am tired in the deepest marrow of my bones. As I type this, I find myself taking long pauses between sentences. It is like my mind and body knows my intent to use expressive vocabulary, will still fall short of the actual circumstances of which I write.

Many of us, at least on the outside, believe that racism is wrong. Many of us, at least in the face of others, shake our heads at it. I'm not talking about the racism that causes physical pain for others, but the racism that is perpetuated...

The lingering light was obliterated por the rapidly falling night. The once salmón and purple sky transformed into a vast expanse of jet-black that engulfed the town. A canopy of luminous stars materialized amongst the ocean of blackness. Some were dull, merely flickering into existence every now and then, but there was an adequate amount of shimmering stars to illuminate the dark, moonless night. The lake glistened, mirroring the dazzling assemblage of glittering stars and the luminescence from the moon. The faint wind brushed against the water's surface, the ripples ruffled the stillness of...
