You're opinion please!

I have an idea of a girl who get's bullied so she cuts her self and stuff then this guy starts to get to know her but later on breaks her corazón por lying to her saying that he cared about her.Then she meets a boy who likes her for who she really is.
Something like that.

Please tell me what tu think o if there's anything that could be added.
(Btw I'm making this into a manga/comic o maybe a flash just saying if anyone is interested.)
