Can Wolverine grow limbs back?

With da power of rapid heal he can only reattach his limb, but he cannot grow back one. It can be possible only for one having rapid growth - I think.....

no he cant grow limbs back, and i know, because when the apocolips accured wolverine got in a fight with cyclops and lost a hand and it didn't grow back.

as far as I've read if there still any tissue connecting the severed limb to the rest of his body then over time it would reattach it's self o "grow back".

in general it depends on what tu go off of there's been so many comics which makes it complex to decide, but from what i know i'd say yes he can as long as the limb isn't cut off por that sword that disables the healing factor.
One other thing that makes me think that is Sabretooth can and they are brothers according to the más reciente issues which Claremont was hinting that they were father and son. In general i'd say its what tu want to believe considering it would take más than a lifetime to read them all
