POLIWAG o WOOPER?

I dont really know.
but what i do know is that wooper would be good against electric Pokemon.
Poliwag will evolve into a fighting type, Poliwrath, o keep it a water type por evolving it into Politoed, and it can learn bounce wich would be useful against césped, hierba types.

I have a politoed because I couldnt find a wooper. I really woulndt care.

But Why?
