Are Teto Kasane and Teto Sakebi the same UTAUloid?

I saw this somewhere and I'm wondering if they're the same o not. Could Teto have a twin sister o is Sakebi her middle name (or another name for her)?
They kind of look the same, except for Kasane has brown like eyes, hair is más pink, less curly and Sakebi has red/pink like eyes, hair is más curly and red than Kasane's. They're voices are also different too. If they're the same o twins please give a reasonable answer. Thank you!
