i just watched vampire knights thorny kiss episode and didnt get what happened ????

like how did kaname senpai turned yukki into a vampire and then into his sister i dnt get it can somebody explain it to mee

thankx and i just watched all the episodes of season 2 but i simply hate the fact tat kaname and yukki are brother and sisiter and fiance it simply disgusting and sick
