How is their personality...?

Hi! I add this pregunta cuz' I'm pretty confused. many people feel that their personality is very similar to Rima's... but I feel that she don't appear enought on the manga/anime like to tell. I'm like HERRR!! O.. I may be wrong... My pregunta is... How is her real personality? Or... how do tu think it is. Oh! And if tu tell me exactly what kind of relationship she has with shiki? (boyfriend and girlfriend, o just co-workers.. o what)^_^Thanks soo much for all the answers.

People like Rima are not very loud cause they don't want to be involve into other people's business......
I THINK her relationship with Senri is boyfriend and girlfriend (based on my observation)......
But I don't think they will immediately mostrar Rima and Shiki's relationship because they are not the main characters..........
