Why 'New Moon' Will Be Better Than 'Twilight'
por Chrissy Le Nguyen · September 14, 2009
The third full-length trailer for "New Moon" is quite the charm -- not to say that the first two weren't spectacular, but number three, which is the longest yet, definitely delivers the goods. So much so, in fact, I'll venture to say that it's concrete proof that "New Moon" will be leaps and bounds better than its predecessor, "Twilight."
The first "New Moon" trailer centered on Edward and Bella's heart-wrenching breakup, the segundo was all about werewolf Jacob Black, and now the third focuses on what's coming up next: más vampires, más werewolves, más romance, and más action. Even though "Twilight" grossed over $383 million worldwide, this latest trailer makes it clear that "New Moon" will have no problem beating that number and whipping fans into a fever pitch, ready to sink their teeth into the siguiente movie,
In addition to the advanced special effects and the improved makeup (Laurent's brand-new red contacts are fierce!), here are a few highlights from the expanded trailer that prove "New Moon" will be better than "Twilight":
The Volturi clan is creepy, mysterious, and powerful. Michael Sheen's menacing Aro is seen snapping a human's neck, and the glimpses of Dakota Fanning mostrar that she was perfectly cast as Jane, the vampire with the ability to create an illusion of pain upon her enemies. Possibly one of the best parts of the trailer is at the end when Jane coldly warns, "This may hurt just a little."
An example of director Chris Weitz's painfully beautiful CGI work is Bella's cliff dive scene. After her reckless jump, Bella is floating beneath the murky water and sees Edward hovering siguiente to her. As an arm pulls her out of the water, she reaches out to touch Edward's upside-down image and the illusion melts away. It's visually stunning and will be one of the film's most memorable moments.
The trailer shows the vibrant and bustling streets of Italy. Besides Alice rolling in her super-sexy, super-fast yellow Porsche, we see Bella's determined run through the Italian crowd to save Edward as he begins to tear off his camisa, camiseta (abs alert!!!) to expose himself to the sunlight. Bella's line from the novel, "No, Edward, don't!" pretty much seals the deal.
After Edward leaves Bella in the "New Moon" novel, Stephenie Meyer expertly shows the unbearable ache Bella goes through with several blank pages. We get a sneak peek of how this pain is handled in the film with Bella writhing in bed, screaming in agony. From book pages to the big-screen, the hurt is still there and you'll be collecting broken pieces of your corazón off the sticky movie theater floor, no doubt.
Edward has a throw-down with some of the Volturi members that's quite believable. The fight will most likely take inicial the Best Fight award at the mtv Movie Awards siguiente año just like "Twilight" did previously, but this action-packed fight looks a lot más deserving. Sorry, Cam!
"New Moon" hits theaters on November 20, so this trailer should hold over Twilighters until then (or at least for a week o two!). Now that you're done screaming and squealing, oohing and ahhing, tell us what tu thought of the trailer. How does it compare to the other trailers? And will "New Moon" be better than "Twilight"?

Bella's POV
I held her hand, Nessie and I had gone out to the medow to pick flowers, It was a warm spring día and I thought it would be nice to let nessie go out of the boundries we had set (me and Edward) But i did not want her going alone so I went with her. On the way we ran into a a old friend Jacob. "Bella! Is that you?" He called laughing. "My gosh Jacob!" I squeled happily, I ran up to him and gave him a big hug. "Momma? who's that?" Nessie curiously asked. "Huh? Oh Nessie this is jacob! Say hello to him" I replied motioning for her to come forward. Nessie curiously stepped adelante, hacia adelante and shook hands with jacob. "Hey lil Vamp, your pretty cute" Jacob dicho to her. "th-thanks jacob!" Nessie sayed blushing. All in all i think Jacob and Nessie will become great friends.

"Twilight" estrella Robert Pattinson thinks co-star Kristen Stewart is a natural at playing a vampire in "Breaking Dawn."
Kristen Stewart, who is Robert Pattinson's rumored girlfriend, finally gets to registrarse the Cullen clan and do a little fighting of her own in the highly anticipated final installments of the "Twilight Saga," and Rob thinks she's doing a great job.
Pattinson, who stepped out at Sunday nights Golden Globe Awards looking as handsome as ever, told mtv that the vibe on set is different when Kristen is a vampire.
While fans can't wait to see Stewart as a blood sucking vampire, the wait will be a long one. The first installment of "Breaking Dawn" isn't set to hit theaters until November, with the part two following one año later. Hopefully más fotos and inside looks at the movie will be released to the "Twilight" hungry fans, who just can't seem to get enough of the vampire series.
