ok this has to do with twilight and another book i like, Night World. the character victoria is in it and the vamps from Night World are in it.
if u havent read night world all u have to know is lamia(LAY-me-Ah) is a vampire born from a lamia and can age and have children, and made vampire is the oppistie,once a human turned into a vamp, cannot age, and cannot have children. there are witches and shapeshifters and hombres lobo too. there is a secret society called Night World were they all live together with out humans. there only laws are u cannot fall in amor with a human and u cannot tell a human about Night World.

Chapter 1
Nervousness wracked throughout my whole body. School has an annual Talent mostrar and my group is trying out for it, por dancing to a song we wrote together. Our group, which was called, Lion, was called up to perform. Lion had 4 people in it. They were Ariel, Hayley, Grace, and I. My name is Rebecca, people call me Becky.
As we were playing I noticed something up in the rafters. Something that looked like a person with bright red hair. Who could be up there? I decided not to worry about it, I mean seriously?
Our routine was done and the lights faded on us. The manager to the Talent mostrar clapped and dicho we were in. Most of the people that came up for this just sang to a song, somebody famous already recorded.
Auditions were during lunch so we had 10 minutos to finish eating our lunches. I sat siguiente to the window and ate in silence as the rest of the people at our mesa, tabla talked on and on about misceláneo gossip. I was in the ‘popular’ group. I really didn’t like how mean they were, but I joined to try and make a difference, I just haven’t had much luck yet.
The rest of the día was like that too. Me sitting in a corner just listening to my surroundings and not paying attention very much. I mean I get good grades, but today was just a lazy día for me.
My dad came and picked me up today and told me we had to wash the car for my mom. I liked to wash the car, so I told my dad I would do it myself if he didn’t mind.
He helped me get the hose and bucket out of the garage, then went inside to clean up.
I was about halfway through when I heard a rustling noise behind me. I turned, thinking it was my dad, o mom. It wasn’t. it was exactly opposite from my mom o dad.
I have never seen this person in my life. She reminded me of what I saw in the rafters of the school auditorium today. She had bright red, long curly hair. It looked like fire.
I was about to ask who she was and what she was doing in my backyard, but she was quick to pull out a sword. Wait a sword? What are we in medieval times now? It was a big sword, at least 3 feet long and about 4 inches thick. It looked like the one in this game my older brother played, was it Final Fantasy? Something with wandering around fighting things with old swords.
I had no time to scream as she slashed it downwards. I thought it cut me in half, but I think I only passed out. It only hit me, thank god. I was out before I even hit the ground. She can really throw that thing, and its really heavy and thick.

I woke up but didn’t open my eyes. I didn’t remember anything. My head felt like it was going to explode. I was lying on my stomach, I’ll have to tell mom I cant go to school today. I cant even move, my head hurts so much.
Wait what happened yesterday? When did I go to sleep? Did I have cena with mom and dad? Did I finish my homework? Oh man my teachers wont let me participate in the Talent mostrar if I don’t have my homework.
I threw myself out of cama without even opening my eyes, but my hand pulled me back down. I think I might have ripped my hand off.
My eyes flashed opened as I landed back on the bed. I realized I was in an empty basement, filled with only dust and a metal futon.
I suddenly thought of that red hair lady with the giant fantasía sword. Oh no! She kidnapped me!
I started crying as I found that processing in my brain. I only cried for about 2 minutos before a door opened at the parte superior, arriba of the stairs and light came in. I quickly shut up and sat up, as I watched her come down.
She walked over to me and just looked over my body. Taking keys out of her pocket she unlocked my handcuffs.
“I hate using these, they are so modern.” she said, when she grabbed the arm I pulled my wrist out of the socket. I couldn’t use that hand at all. She just stared at it for a segundo then gripped it and pushed.
That hurt más than when I pulled it out because it swelled up. I yelped out in pain.
“Now Becky, I’m going to run upstairs and grab something. Do tu think tu can sit and not move, o I can put these stupid handcuffs on again?” the red haired lady asked me.
I nodded slightly, not saying anything. I couldn’t get up. I had nowhere to go, she would find me.
So I sat until she came back with a styrofoam cup. I didn’t know what was in it but she told me to drink it.
I denied first until she pulled her sword out again. Then I drank it slowly, as she watched me intently. When I finished the cup, I felt dizzy, I think she might have put something in it.
“What is that?” I asked, after she took the cup out of my hand.
“Its my blood.” she replied.
I looked at her horrified, also looking for an explanation.
“You are the last half- lamia in the world, and I am going to change that,” she said, “I am a vampire and the siguiente time tu drink, its not going to be from a cup.”
