We've had this motto for a few years now... i think it's well past time for something fresh!

My suggestions:

1.) Screw writing “strong” women. Write interesting women. Write well-rounded women. Write complicated women. Write a woman who kicks ass, write a woman who cowers in a corner. Write a woman who’s desperate for a husband. Write a woman who doesn’t need a man. Write women who cry, women who rant, women who are shy, women who don’t take no shit, women who need validation and women who don’t care what anybody thinks.

Though i think that full quotes will be too long so...

4.) Women shouldn’t be valued because we are strong, or kick-ass, but because we are people.

5.) A woman is like a tea bag - you can't tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.

I really like your first option but yeah might be too long. So for me option number 3 is probably the best :)
