WOW its not until you do a crossover couples thing that you can really see how much better the BTVS characters are, i went through thte list thinking nah shes not evil at all compared to him (KAt and Angelus), Even Spike would wanna kill Elena, Buffy would tell Damon to stop being a pansy and mopey, plus she would have kicked his ass several times by now, Jeremy ok hes better than Dawn haha!

I love TVD but sorry dudes its just doesnt hold a note to BTVS! :D

I agree that BtVS is THE best when it comes to vampire shows. It always will be. But, I love TVD too, especially the show. It has its own place now & made a name for itself. Ur right on the points, but I just posted this to c what some would think if there were a crossover. They r both awesome shows, so y not about a crossover/au? Damon may be mopey, but like Spike, he is rediscovering his humanity (tho I love Spikes journey more, but Damons has just begun). Angelus is more evil than Katherine, but its just a pick. Just comparing Kats earlier ruthlessness w/ Angelus' ruthlessness. <3 Buffy & TVD.
