Chapter Nine: Escape Artist Can Escape But A Group Of Students Can't Even Escape From Their School
Everyone was ready for the escape plan the siguiente night. If it was up to me we would have had everything ready within an hora but tracking teacher schedules was harder then it looked. We were all set and ready to take off that night. I had learned that the school kept two emergency vans in the back. I nabbed the keys from the office when no one was around. I wonder how long it will take them to notice that a set of keys are missing. It was about midnight when our team assembled. Everyone was ready to go. Charles had to tag along since he had his license and had más experienced. Even though Raven concluded that Darrell was only here because I wanted him around. She argued that Charles o her could drive and that they technically didn't need him.
"Is everyone ready?" I asked. It was decided that Darrell and Charles would go to the boys dorm and sneak out through the back door of the dorm Lounge. They would be able to reach the vans and come gather Courtney and I por the office. Raven had chosen the worse job and that was to create a diversion so when we started the engine no one could hear it. Raven would have to pull the fuego alarm and then dash towards the nearest exit and towards the wood where we would be waiting. "Then let's go."
Charles and Darrell were already off in the other direction. Courtney and I creeped to the office hoping the other teachers would be in cama but, of course, our luck wasn't that dependable. The secretary, Mr. Dasher, was sitting at his escritorio typing. We needed to cruzar, cruz the office into the back door o our plan wouldn't work.
"What are we going to do?" hiss-whispered Courtney as we squatted to the ground.
"If we're lucky," which is something we shouldn't be counting on at the moment. "then Raven's diversion will happen soon and we won't have to do anything." I dicho to her.
"Raven isn't suppose to pull the alarm until she hears the engine roaring," whispered Courtney. Courtney is a bundle of chatter but when the time comes she can be really helpful to the nerves. There weren't any signs of worrying o nervousness which was something I should learning from her. Unlike me, she has been going to a top-notch school where they teach tu everything.
"Then let's create our own diversion," I said. It was risky. This operation was risky. This school spent millions of dollars on security. In the dark corners are guard lurking around. Security systems are installed to not only keep enemies out but to keep tu in. If tu just step. He entrance door then tu just sent off millions of signals to weapons that are set up to shoot. tu had to be carefully. I had disabled some but disabling all would sends off warning signs to the staff.
In moments, Courtney and I were pulling fuego alarms and setting off numerous of alarms. Mr. Dasher leaped from his chair and searched the hallways. We were cunning enough to hide in a nearby corner where he wouldn't find us. We were under the stairwell.
"Look," dicho Courtney. "There is a small door here. Obviously, a door is not suppose to be under the stairwell. Even though every ounce of me wanted to investigate, I had a mission to do.
"Come one Court, we have to finish this before he comes back." She sighed as we rushed off to the back door of the office. Everything was going smoothly until we arrived at the camioneta, van parked outside.
A man in all black out a sack over Courtney and me. Before my survivor skills could kick in, he threw us into the camioneta, van we drove off. He was much stronger then he looked. He had a black ski mask over his face. In the car in a flash, we were off. My initial instinct was to throw a few punches but he ripped the mask off of his face.
"Before tu kill me, hear me out," he begged. Courtney and I was free from the sack and was able to see the concern on his face.
"What the heck are tu thinking!" screamed Courtney. "Are tu mentally retarded? Do tu not know that sacking people on your side is insane?"
"I'm sorry," he said. "Some guys were coming and I had to cover your faces before they realized who McKenna was. They seemed like some average criminals just looking for an adrenaline rush and if they realized who tu were well, it could stir up some up some trouble."
"Where is Charles and Raven?" I questioned.
"They took the other van," he replied.
"That was not apart of the plan," dicho Courtney.
"That was the back up plan just in case trouble came," dicho Derek. "There were some much worse things happening before tu came."
"Like what," I dicho tense.
Darrell made a sudden jerk off the road and onto a cobblestone path. "Someone's following us."

Ya tell me,
Don't dance, don't dance,
Just stay inside and never go out
And scold me
All día long, all día long
What makes tu think you're so damn awesome?
Don't ya know we have a life too, too?
We'd be sittin in watching TV
And I don't think tu want that either
So what the heck can we do?
We're not just mindless robots with nothing else to do
We don't have time for homework
We just wanna have fun, fun, fun
We have a life, no time for homework
We can go ahead and play flag football
But I'm not goin inside
Why do tu act like
There's nothin else better than
Doin homework all night long
I bet tu never liked that when tu were young
We've been playin outside
Now it's time to kick in and relax
No más time for homework, just sit back and do the things I amor to do
Cuz I gotta enjoy my life when I'm young.

I've been written
The painful truth,
Just two days ago,
When I was...betrayed.
He walked away from me
He threw me down in the sand
Like I was some little doll
Of little importance.
It was a scary thought
To think,
Of all those years...
When he took me in
Now he threw me down and that's that
I'm not a paper doll
So I will not be thrown down again
Cuz I am not a puppet
No one will control me with strings
I am invincible
I am an individual
No one shall make me suffer
Though I must cry sometimes....
Don't oscilación me por my head
Don't make me lose my mind
I don't want to destroy you
But I will, if tu destroy me.
