This is set after the challenge in Rock n' Rule.
(Duncan's POV)
Over the last couple weeks, I had a really weird feeling grip me. I had totally changed my mind about Courtney.
I don't know what it was- I knew I'd always loved her- but that was before!
My feelings had changed about her. I know they had, but I didn't know why, o how...
All I knew was that I didn't amor her anymore. Sure, I had a crush on her before. And it was something real then, too... But not anymore. I had grown closer and closer to Gwen as we befriended, and now that I think about it, I had a really nice time with her.

"So what do tu say Sofie? Will tu be my assistant for the court case?" I asked. Sofie smiled & asked in a tough accent,"What's in it for me,eh?" I smiled back & said,"The satisfaction of knowing that tu helped your best friends?" She looked at me like this, T_T. "Fine. I'll throw in a five dollars in there. So what so tu say?" I dicho pulling out a five dollar bill. She acted like a spy,looking both ways before taking the money & dicho in a british accent,"It's a deal mate!" Great. Now I hope that proving Duncan & Spikes innocent will be as easy as getting Sofie...

we were all packed up and ready to go. "do we have food?" shiloh asked. "enough for over 1 week." i said. "OK, are tu ready? 'cause tu know we won't be coming back right?" she said. "can i just sing mom something?" i asked. shiloh was not pleased, but she told me i could go. when i went to her room, i never noticed, but...mom looked...so cute when she was asleep.
i walked to her cama and sat on it and my sister joined me. shiloh put her arm over me and we began to sing...

Duncan's eyes got wide and he put his arms behind his back. So did I. "Hey, Sofie. How are tu feeling?" Chris smirked. I frowned. "Pretty good.'' I dicho blandly. "What do tu want, Chris?" Duncan asked. "It's time for Sofie's challenge." He dicho peeking through the flap of the tent. I gasped, and Duncan put his arms around me again. "N-no, wait, she can't-" He said. "It's either that, o elimination." Chris smiled. I sighed....

"Man! This stinks! If Courtney's gone, & if I don't win this case, then I can't be on TDA anymore!!!" duncan dicho in a sad voice. Well, how could he not. I mean, our lawyer aka Courtney was taken to the hospital for throwing up & fainting. Now no one could be his lawyer!! So I thought long & hard about what was I gonna do.
"WHAT ARE WE GONNA DO!!!!" yelled Spikes. The whole courtroom looked at us.
I tried to ingnore them. "I'll be your lawyer." I said.
"What?" asked a surprised Duncan & Spikes.
"I can do it. I'm Courtney's assistant & I know what we have to do & stuff so...

"Wait, if we don't win the case, no más Duncan on TDA!!!!" I screamed.
"Duncan? Whats wrong?" asked Courtney
"Oh Princess its terrible... What's wrong with you? tu look green!" dicho Duncan worridley.
It was true. Courtney looked as green as Sofie & Izzy's green eyes mixed together.
"You look sick." I said
"Yeah I don't feel so good." she dicho sickly
then she threw up on Duncan's shirt. It was this disgusting green & orange. EWW!!! It smelled so bad. I thought Duncan was gonna freak! But he held courtney's face up.
"Princess! Princess! Are tu OK?!" he asked frantically.
Then she fainted. I don't mean like lightly. I mean like she passed out bad. She fell in Duncan's arms. He freaked bad.
"YO!!! CALL 911!!!" he screamed over & over.
I watched the whole thing in silence. Now if our lawyer was in the hospital & we lose the case, then Duncan can't go on TDA. What are we gonna do?
