Any idea's as to who Ziva got the Chocolates from on Valentines Day?? (From Jurisdiction 7x18)

Tony seemed to be really bothered por the fact that she hadn't touched them! Saying she must not like the person very much!! Anyone think maybe they were from him?? o was he just annoyed someone else gave her a Valentines gift??

I've just had a brainwave. WHY WOULD THEY PUT THAT ENTIRE COVERSATION IN THERE IF IT DIDN'T MEAN SOMETHING?! IT WOULD BE REDUNDANT!
