Is your household full? If your household is full tu won't have anymore children, Which could explain one problem. Do tu have any mods, o installed content that could be messing up your game? Sometimes mods that aren't compatible o are just messed up. Check your installed content for anything that looks out of the normal, For explain if tu see anything that may be causing errors in your game, I'd uninstall it. tu may just need to update your game, make sure any mods though that are for your current update are removed/updated.. o tu could have más problems in the future. If all else fails and none of that works, tu may just have to uninstall the sims and all the expansions tu have and install it again. Hope this helps, Try searching online for things about this glitch as well, I'm pretty sure tu aren't the only one. I once had an error like this once, My sim was pregnant but she wouldn't have her children.. I waited forever and she never had them, I ended up deleting that household, and I never had a problem again with it... So maybe it may just be that household? Sorry if this doesn't help!
