She was speaking out of anger, anger makes us do things we would never consider otherwise

I thought it was mean, but I also thought she had a point. Simba had every right to distrust the outlanders after what Scar did, but he was still judging them unfairly (especially Kovu).

The way he saw it, he was honouring his father's law of judgement by giving Kovu a chance in the first place, but the way Kiara saw it, Kovu wasn't given enough of a chance before he was falsely accused of being on the outlanders' side.

Well this is how I see it, Simba had gone through haert breaking excperiences caused by his uncle,and the only way that he could protect his famaly after he came back was to banish all of the outsiders. And Simba didn't want the same thing to happen to Kiara that happened to him.
Well after Kiara and Kovu escaped from the crocidiles and Simba and Zira began to argue, Zira said to Simba, "Havn't you met my son? Kovu? He was hand chosen by Scar to fallow in his pawprints and become a king!" What else was Simba saposed to think except that Kovu was on the evill side. And after the 'ambush' and Zira congradulating Kovu on a job well done, Simba emedietly thought that Kovu was still on the evill side and had tricked him. So what else was Simba going to do but exzile Kovu.

It was really quite harsh of her, but I have to say that she's right. He can't live up to Mufasa's standards very easily, so I have to agree with her. But I still think that was really harsh.
