pinknblackdhc Too old?? Katniss is 16 going on 17...she isnt supposed to look 12. Plus, life is harder for these people so they will age way faster. This is what her character has gone through...death,hard work trying to feed her family,stress of being in the hunger games or a family or friend. She is going to look older no matter what. I really hope this movie is like twilight so people who are a little older are able to see it an enjoy it. Kids who cant act will just ruin it. im just sayin...

cleo13491 Ehh, I think she'd be okay. I do think she may be a tad too old to play Katniss, but I'd rather have someone who is too old that can act, then have someone the right age who cant.

pinknblackdhc She is only 22. Like i said Katniss has had a harder life. So a 16 year old now days, couldn't pull it off at all.

cleo13491 Having a harder life probably wouldn't have aged her physically too many years, I'd think it'd be more of a mental thing. But either way, I prefer Ellen Page to many of the other people who have been sujested.
