Fact: I love Jason Grace

The thing that bothers me most is that this person's pick suggests everyone hates Jason Grace, which is not true at all. Spike's living proof of that.

The whole reason I found this site is because I typed "Jason Grace is boring" into google. Back in TLH days he kinda was. Amnesia didn't help, combined with the limited incite of third person and it did appear like he was just copy-paste hero.
Head to MoA and you realize he's more mature then Percy, he does have a sense of humor it's just extremely dry. He's made clueless about girls because Riordan loves drama. *For example, see the ending of any book in the PJO, HoO or KC series* And as much as I complain about Piper's complaining *Ironically* she wouldn't say nearly as much if Jason didn't do anything wrong.

Also, the lack of perception is coupled with bad grammar. I do not think highly of you.

Why do people hate Jason again?
The only thing I've been seeing is 'He's not as good as Percy'
That's just stupid no ones going to be Percy's clone. They are alike though, Jason's just a little more... obedient than Percy

Also smarter, shrewd, and calmer.

Every character has their own flaw but that's nothing to hate them for. Sure he's not as awesome as Percy. He's still a great character. I know he's such a rule-follower but somebody has to be right?

I know he's obviously more restrained, but I don't think they've had time to encounter rules, let alone follow them. At least this is my recollection.

For one he tries to be Mr. Perfect. He o Camp Half-Blood, and I feel like he's just trying to take Percy's place. At first I just didn't like him.because his PoVs were boring, but now I feel like he's trying to take Percy's place. He has to follow all of the rules. I guess if he was more easy going, then I'd like him better. I still want him in the books though, cause he's an important factor in the series.

I'm totally with OliviaR54 he tries to be mr.perfect. Plus I just find he s whole character annoying because they bring another powerful half blood in that just keeps one upping Percy. Plus he's soo rule abiding and just seems like a buzz kill whenever he's brought along. And he's pretty much a dimwit throughout the books
