Frank vs the cuffs

Now, the título gives tu some clue to what I'm gonna talk about:
A possible crossover from Riordan.
Which two series am I talking about?
For those of tu who have read The Serpent's Shadow [final book in The Kane Chronicles trilogy], tu may have a clue of what I'm talking about.
Now, before I go onto my analysis, just a warning: if tu haven't read this other epic series from Riordan, The Kane Chronicles, I'm providing tu with some EPIC spoilers.
Well, they don't really give the story away, but más of a foreshadow of what is to come...

I understand that everyone likes different shippings, but have tu ever seen those fans that are so into shipping that they skip part of the book? The ones that the first time the go through the book they just look for hints of their OTP (One True Pairing)?

I have a few things that annoy me about this:

1. It's an action story with some romance.

I know people say this a lot, but if tu look it up por genre it's not a romance. I'm not saying there should be no romance in it, I'm saying don't get to influenced por the romance tu forget the plot.

2. The relationships influence the plot.
