It renders most of the other players useless. Unless one team outscored the other by 15 goals, why do their goals matter at all? It's all up to the seeker.

It's a little bit silly when you look at all the people who cheer for a single goal, when it doesn't even count much.

it's damn hard to see that one TINY little snitch in a field THAT big. the level of difficulty are equal with the score. besides like the case with krum in QWC, catching the snitch doesn't always win the game

Very much so specially since if the snitch is caught it automatically ends the game.. It undermines the whole idea of a sports game. It changes it from a game of skills and team work to a game of chance.
