George Comes Back

"So, what time will George be returning?", asked Ringo after he and Laura ate breakfast. She looked at the clock and replied, "Well, he told me earlier during our morning call that the train ride takes about four to five hours. Most likely, he'll be back around the mid o late afternoon." Ringo said, "All right, then. Would tu like to have a walk in the yard for a while?" Laura responded, "Sure!" It was a beautiful día as they went out. During their walk, Ringo let Sparkie get his comida around the grass. After returning inside, Laura decided to snooze at the sofá while Ringo took a shower. He then did the same. Three hours later, a knock on the door woke her up. She proceeded to answer it, and standing outside was none other than a smiling George! He exclaimed as he hugged her tightly, "Laura! I'm so glad to see tu again! How are you, my darling?" She hugged him back and remarked, "Doin' excellent, daddy George! I felt refreshed after that nap I had." He replied, "Jolly good! It's great to be back here indeed." "Yep. Would tu like to meet uncle Ringo's pet hedgehog, Sparkie?", asked Laura. "Well, I haven't seen him up close yet. So, yes. I'd like to meet the little spiky ball.", replied George. Laura said, "Okay. He's just resting in the coffee table." They then went there and in an instant, Sparkie hopped into his hand and gently rubbed his nose to greet him. George remarked, "He's such a friendly little chap, love." Laura replied, "He certainly is. In fact, they are both going to the fair as well. He'll be participating in the pet show." George responded, "Very nice! This will truly be a Father's día outing to remember." Laura nodded in agreement. Soon, Ringo woke up from his nap, greeted George, and also told him about Sparkie's story. Then, he decided to stay with them for one más night so that they can go to the fair together.
