The three shows I've seen on this list are Gilmore Girls, Parenthood, and Sex and the City!

Everyone says This is Us is NBC's new Parenthood because both shows center around a family and they're both very emotional and real! So I can see you liking it. My personal favorite on the list is Gilmore Girls! It's kind of a mix of family drama and teen drama. It has it's fair share of drama but is also very light hearted and fun! Sex and the City is honestly just a really easy show to watch and it's one of those shows you can kind of just have playing in the background while you do some work or something. But imo, it's not really a show for everyone and not everyone can really get into it because the vibe is a bit different. But you should check out the first few episodes since they're only about 20 minutes each.

The Good Doctor is on my list too!!! I know the main character is autisitc and it touches on some sensitive issues....

This is such a fun, feel-good show. If you're ever in a bad mood or just want to watch something heartwarming, I definitely recommend you watch B99. Plus it's a show you don't have to binge. You can watch an episode here and there and pick it back up later, which is a plus.

Of these, I’ve only seen B99 and The Good Place. TGP is a very good comedy, but it’s nowhere near as funny as B99, in my opinion. It’s seriously a masterpiece. As for shows not on this list, I always have to recommend Lost, OUATIW and Orange is the New Black, because those are my favorites. :) From the list of your favorite shows I think you’d like Lost the most, if you haven’t already seen it.

I've only seen this and a few episodes of The Good Doctor and The Good Place
With Shadowhunters, the acting (of some characters) is iffy at first, but get better as the show progresses.
