Hi Mail23, no i wus not really surprised when she damn, but the point of the song (i think) is her bf is a real jerk and she dosent feel anything at all when she is with him and the only time she does feel anything is when they fight. So i hope i helped : ) and p.s. i amor it when she say damn bcuz it makes the song better lol

No offence to the first person to answer, but I think it was the opposite. I think she loved him o liked him a lot! And he was cold. No as in temperature but in that he wouldn't let her in, he would shut all his emotions and feelings down. And he was basically not a nice person. She loved him very much and he just wouldn't return the feelings. I personally amor the line 'every smile tu make is so condescending counting all the scars tu made' basically he would pretend that nothing happened between them and that he was totally ignorant to her being in amor with him and him not returning it so he would smile at her an it would be really fake because she knew everything! I personally amor this song. I hope it helps:)
