Well, light travels at 300,000 km/s - the amount of time it takes a ray of light to hit forehead is probably around a nanosecond. XD. I generally start thinking of my reply as the person is insulting me, so I can whip it out right after they finish - just to avoid any confusion that they might possibly be swifter than me.
