Just because the actor that played young Dean [Ridge Canipe] has grown older and I can't imagine anyone else in that role.

I think that what makes those scenes so special is that they're not overused. We only get them every once in a while, and I love it like that.

So do I want to see more? Yes.

Do I want it to be once every 2/4/6/8/10 episodes? No.

the past 6 and half seasons we have had at least 3 flash backs of sam as a kid and only 1 flash back of dean as a kid (in S1)
