Why do the brothers never celebrate their birthdays?

They've celebrate navidad and valentines' day, but never their birthday. Why is that?

Maybe because the character's ages don't match up with Jared and Jensen's since in SPN they do a lot of 'a año later' o '2 months later' type stuff.

Mom's usually handle the emotional stuff in families...growing up without one and their dad gone hunting, I believe birthdays were often missed and forgotten about.

i mean like as adults when they are hunting together. its weird, sam was actually resurrected on his birthday, because dean's deal expiró on may 2, and he was dragged to hell on that day. i thought their birthday would have some mention
