He seems annoying and creepy. He's pretty much a stalker, and he THINKS he's smarter than Tails. -.-

annoying and not so creepy he is just a fagget, kinda funny and super duper stupid....yeah I know he makes robots and machines but it all ends in a huge fail!!!!!! sooo he is also a failure! >X)

He's both, and honestly, if he's SO much smarter than Tails, he woul've destroyed Sonic por now
