First of all, if the hottest and most popular guy ever asked me out, I would tell him yes in a heartbeat. Two, tu ain't dating Skander. Three, if tu really do amor him, you'll let him go. And four, go out with the guy who asked tu out, cause if tu wait for skander, it'll take a Narnian life-time. :D Hope I helped.

Well, if the popular guy is also nice, then I would definitley say yes at once. And if tu take too long to say that, he may just give up and ask someone else out!
PLUS, I'm assuming that tu aren't dating him o even met him yet (but tu may be a lucky one!!!)
So, therefore, I would go out with the other one!
