i think my rata is sick o has a cold and its middle of summer i cant afford the vets. What can i do at inicial to help her?

She is staying still alot but she is still eating and drinking normally and her nose is a bit bloody (nose thing has been going since i got her so i dont think thats it) PLEASE HELP
