The Only time I have defeated the Elite Four more than once is in Y and I beat them two other times than my first time and I was surprised and kind of disappointed they didn't have any different Pokemon or Higher Levels..but normally I don't do it-because in the after stories of my games I tend to focus more on breeding and trying out other Pokemon and focusing on the after story (if there is one..)
