most of the pokemon you listed are ugly, but Drowzee comes in first place :P

To me only Luvdisc isn't.

Garbodor is a trash dump for crying out loud I would think that would be a good reason for it to be the ugliest Pokemon. I don't see Glalie as the ugliest, in fact I don't see as ugly at all. It is an awesome Pokemon.
