I do not consider him a villain, but I do love him!

Then Chick Hicks, Anton Ego, Syndrome, Sid, Auto, Muntz, Hopper, Bruce (also not a villain--just as Ego and others turn out not to be, while others can be sympathetic because they may fill the role of villain and/or antagonist but are not totally evil)...Lotso, Zurg...et. al. :3

And Professor Z! (Zudnap) Is a mad,evil,brilliant master mind! did u see what he did to Rod (and the red car) at the beggining of the movie?! PURE EVIL!

Randall, Skinner and Lotso

Randall was a really cool villain but they ruined him in the prequel. Could've had a much better story line for him and better transition than what they did :(
