tu can avoid infection simply por washing the area with soap and water while in the ducha, ducha de to remove the secretions (yuk I know - but it's part of the healing process) and tu can use a product called H2Ocean. It's a sea salt antibacterial spray, It's great for piercings and tatuajes . Be patient, allow a least 4 months until complete healing, it will be worth it!
