Any piercing in o around your mouth has the potential to cause damage to your teeth. However, if tu take good care of your teeth and are careful there should be minimal damage.

iv had one for two years and its done nothing

not really just try not to click it off ur teeth u should be fine

i suppose it depends on how long the bar is if its touching ur teeth and how far down the pierced it...
personally my piercer pierced my lip to where my lip ring when touch my teeth (altho when i first got it . it did because of the swelling) but my if it touched anything it touches my gums
