Even though i would be fairly scared to be little and be told that a Thanksgiving Turkey would come to our house to give us food. I would stake out my house and attack anything that moved with a BB gun.

Squanto's awesome. The name itself is purely amazing, but Native Americans also rule. And, the fact that he's a good American citizen even before those standards were around shows he's a pretty decent guy. Decent enough to be a Thanksgiving mascot/representative/thingy.

We don't eat Santa or the Easter Bunny, so I think it would be wrong to have Gobble Gobble the Turkey be the mascot (?) for Thanksgiving.

Wait, we don't eat bunnies on Easter? Oh, crap.

And St. Patricks day should have the lucky charms Leprechaun!! lol
