"Una! Where are you?!" Everett had been searching for Una for what seemed like hours. The wind almost knocked him over several times. Still, he wasn't about to give up. He had to find Una. Everett had not eaten since breakfast. Although he had plenty of comida to eat, he couldn't eat a thing. He was too worried about Una. She hadn't dressed as warmly as he did. If he didn't find her soon, she'd be done for. Soon, the snow stopped, much to his relief. Finding Una would be easier now. It was getting dark. Everett reached for his flashlight and turned it on. It was so bright, he could see everything. He called Una's name again. There was still no reply. Just then, he saw a human figure half buried in the snow. Could it be Una? He made his way closer and brushed away the snow. He had found Una, but all was not well. She wasn't moving. He asked, "Una, are tu all right?" She didn't respond. His corazón sank. "Una! Wake up! Please!" He then wept like he never wept before. "This is my fault! I'm so sorry, Una." Just then, Everett stood up. "I can't just give up! She looks lifeless, but she's gotta still be alive!" He got a blanket from one of his bags and wrapped her up in it. He then took her to his vehicle and drove to the hospital. Everett waited anxiously as the doctor took Una into one of the rooms. The doctor soon returned to the waiting room and said, "Your girlfriend has hypothermia, but she's going to be okay. She hasn't woken up yet, but we are keeping her warm. tu should go in and talk to her. Maybe she'll respond to you." Everett breathed a sigh of relief. He could finally say what he had wanted to say to her. He made his way to Una, who was still unconscious, but she didn't look so lifeless now. He said, "I'm here, Una. Everything's going to be all right." He then dicho what he had really wanted to say all along, "I amor you, Una." Just then, Una slowly woke up. "Everett," she murmured. "I amor tu too." He hugged her. Finally, Una got what she had been longing for, to be in Everett's arms.
