The members of The Devil Wants Peace and the members of New Religion had recorded an album together. After some time passed, they met to go on tour together. The two bands greeted each other when they saw each other. Erin asked, "John, how's your new dog, Thunder?" He said, "He's doing really well. I left him in the care of Grace and her aunt and uncle." Paul said, "I think tu asked the right people to look after him." John asked, "What about your dogs, Yukon and Nunavut?" Paul said, "They're with my mother." The bands' first stop was in Chicago. Once there, they ate at a local restaurant. After they ate, Erin said, "You know something, even though we've toured for a few years, I don't think we've ever been to Chicago." Carl said, "No, we haven't." Paul said, "I can see why they call it Windy City." Lola said, "It is really windy, isn't it?" John said, "All of Illinois is like that." Allen said, "That's right. The whole state is flatter than a duck's footprint." Peter said, "It's definitely not my favorito! state when it comes to walking. It feels like you're going uphill all the time." Stan nodded in agreement. The siguiente day, the two bands performed together for the first time in front of a live audience. It was a stunning performance. After the concert, they retired to the hotel, exhausted, but pleased with the concert's turnout.

When I had entered the fifth grade, I was dreading it. I had heard rumors that the teacher was really mean. When I met her before school started, she seemed really nice. On the first día of school, I was wearing one of my Beatles t-shirts. She noticed it, and she said, "Darling, I amor tu already!" I said, "Okay, then." She would take up for me all the time. The other kids often called me glasses. She heard them and said, "She has a name, guys. Her name is not glasses. It's Winter." There was one día when another girl kept picking on me. I finally had enough and said, "I might look sweet and innocent, but that shit is for suckers, and I'm no lollipop." I looked at the teacher. She winked and said, "I heard nothing." I would have had her for the sixth grade, too, but unfortunately, I moved to Tennessee as soon as the school año was over. We both cried. We promised to keep in touch with each other, and we've kept in touch to this day.
