I'm not sure; just be carefull who/what tu open yourself up to with communication. It's tough to tell when something isn't friendly like it seems.
personally,I don't communicate with anything other than prayer. There's alot out there and I don't want to play with fire.

I can't give tu a good explanation, what I can say is if tu only met him one time, there was probably not a good connection(Just my thought), so I am not sure he would be watching over you. After reviewing the tapes tu should get your answers. Remember, spirits are unpredictable. tu might not get anything on the first attempt, but don't give up, the spirits will answer when they feel the time is right for them to answer. Also be very carefull, as the other comentario read, tu can also invite other entities in. Including demons.
